I have 2 questions regarding Ab exercises. I've read about how the ab bicycle exercise is one of the best exercises there is but I don't see a description of how to do it listed in the ft exercise resources. Is it listed under another name? If not can someone explain to me how to perform the exercise.

Second, how can add I weight to my crunches? They are starting to get easier and I'd like to add some resistance.

Thanks in advance.

Put a weight onto your chest and cross your arms over the weight and do crunches that way.

The bicycle, would be hard to describe...I dont have the words.

Crunches, hold a weight plate on your chest while crunching
leg lifts, hold a dumbell between your feet.
Also look up cable crunches in the fitness resources. There are also incline crunches.

Lay flat on your back with your left leg bent towards your chest and your right leg extended straight out with your foot a few inches off the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Crunch up and twist your torso to touch your right elbow to your left knee. Alternate from side to side in a smooth, continuous motion, making sure you keep the movement slow and controlled. Right / Left equals one rep.
Don't point your toes towards the ceiling. Keep your toes pointing parallel to the floor for best results.

Good luck.

\'Isnt that lifestyle boring?\'
