I started using Taebo for part of my cardio routine, I must say it kicked my bootie this morning. I thought I would be able to do the tape and move right in to my abs routine....I think I'll wait until later tonight.

Tae bo makes cardio a lot more fun, and yes, it kicks your butt!!!

Yes- very good stuf, it can realy get you in good shape.
It takes about 4-6 weeks to get to the advanced level, or just to keep up with it for 50 minutes.

i tried tae bo one time, but it just made me laugh so freaking hard i couldn't follow it...
