i know its bad to lose alot of weight in a short amount of time, so then what would a healthy amount of wieght to lose in a week or two be??

If I remember correctly, the average is one to two pounds per week. I may stand to be corrected on this, but I think that's about it.

Yea about 1-2 per week....breaking down the math thats ranges from burning 500-1,000 calories extra calories per day
