Just curious I have been using it for about 3 weeks or so and I have broke out on my face and neck. Is creatine the cost of this or what?

goldengloves, I've never heard of it to cause acne or any other sort of skin condition. I have been using it for well over a year now and have had no problems.
However, everyones body reacts differently to things.
Could the break out be from sweating. Some people have a reaction to perspiration?

I don't see really how it could, your liver naturally produces creatine by combining Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. Supplemental creatine is the same thing. But, I guess anything is possible. Have you maybe started eating anything different?

Eating habits are the same. The only addition to my diet would be the creatine.

hey man, i used creatine when i was younger, about 18, and i had the same problem. i waited a couple years for my acne to completely clear up on its own before trying creatine again, and now everything is fine. i suggest trying a few other alternatives to creatine if the acne bothers you.
