Is working your biceps and triceps with 3 different exercises with 3-4 sets overtraing. I know there smaller muscle groups so they can't handle as much but how much can they handle?

I wouldn't consider it overtraining unless your doing those muscle groups more then twice a week (which is still alot).

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

General rule of thumb, 3 exercises is fine for smaller muscle groups, 4 for larger like chest/back/legs. This is a generalization, but what you are doing should be just fine.

Ya if you can take it, I'm all for that. I generally know if I'm training too much...my muscles will give out and I won't be able to do any more sets. That and I won't have the energy for it. One thing you may try to do is go to failure for eat set. I noticed when I started doing this with my arms, I'd get fatigued faster which is good to me. Means I worked the muscle well and recruited as many fibers as possible. Also you can always incorporate some supersets in there if you don't think your workout was hard enough.
