Just wondering if it's okay to lift legs before cardio??? Thanks for any responses..

might be alot on the legs...maybe try doin like 5 - 10 min cardo warmup then go into your leg rutine..

If I were to do both, I'd opt for the run before the lifting, like detox said. If your leg workout's intense, you won't feel like running afterwards.

If you were to run before liftiing legs, I would suggest a 5-10min slow jog to loosen them up. Personally, and you don't have to follw this, I try to keep cardio away from legs. If I were to do cardio on the same day as legs, which I rarely do, I would do legs in the morning and cardio at night or vise-versa. My 2 cents.

I do the same as Jdelts, I run on Mondays during lunch and do legs that night.
