Yeah, the back fat, it is in many cases very stubborn, and hard to lose. There is no way you can "target" it unfortunately, just keep to a good diet and exercise, and as your body sheds fat, when it gets lean enough, it will shed there also. Just be persistant, sometimes it seems like it is not working, that can be a very stubborn area, and your body will do all it can to keep its remaining fat stores, but as mentioned, persistance will pay off.
