Ok hey everyone... i have a question i want to get my chest into better shape but i only have access to bench dumbells and barebells with like dumbells 40 lbs each and 100lbs for bench..what can i do....also should i diet first before i want to get abs i have lone handles....thank you

Diet & execrise go together - you have to do both for the six pack - don't foget pushups for chest

You have to make do with what you have. It's better than nothing at all. As Reddy mentioned do push ups and take your bench and/or chair and do dips as well.

You don's have to diet before you start weight training but make sure you continue a healthy diet.

well, weights aren't all that expensive... shop around and i'm sure you'll find a super super deal... i buy my weights from this thrift store where i only pay a buck a plate (no matter how heavy), so i guess you'd be better off investing on the weights, since you'll really need them as you get a little deeper into your benching...

I have always bought my own weights and i would personally train at home rather than at the gym. I have all the needed equipment and i am now looking for results. get back to you soon
