I just got done working out I worked my back and my biceps today I had a pretty good workout but after I was done working out I got bad stomach cramps and vomitted and was shaking does anyone know what would cause this? By doing so did I lose any benefits from my workout today? Gross I know but hey everyone does it every once in a while.

When you over train, you sometimes tend to get sick at your stomach and feel week in the knees. A while back I worked out with a friend on legs and had to stop towards the end of our workout due to sick at my stomach and legs all shakey... Thought I was going to pass out... Since then if I feel week I end my workout session right then and there.. LOL

I've been there GG's. Sometimes your body doesn't work together with muscles and proper digestion. Did you give yourself enough time to digest? That might be one factor. Stomach bug is another possibility or whatever you ate didn't agree with you. Either way, it sounds like you don't have a history of this happening too often so I wouldn't worry if I were you. If it continues, then consult a doctor. Personally, I puke, on average, about once every two months...sometimes I just work hard and don't give myself enough time for digestion. Don't worry about "losing" nutrients from your puking experience, just be sure to replenish your body when your stomach is feeling better. Feel better.

Jdelts-I think it is combination of both because afterwards I felt sick all day with a headache and stomach ache I took some medicine I feel good now except for soreness in my back and legs (damn deadlifts) but I will try my workout today and see how everything goes. Thanks for all the advice guys.
