Hi,
From time to time I get a pain that runs down my forearm (right beside the bone) when I'm doing hammer curls, preacher curls, or sometimes bent over dumbbell raises (with heavy weight). Can anyone relate to this? I go easy for a few days to make sure the pain is gone, and then am careful when doing the exercises, but want to know if it could be from bad form, or underdeveloped forearm?

thanks.

There was a post similar to this a few months back...I got them a few times, sometimes it lasted for days, other times for months. The trick is to release the bar slowly, I mean REAL slowly, when you are done. Then stretch the forearms.

May the lift be with you.
