ok IM 23 male and i use to be playing sports and all that i use to life for 3 years and stopped for like 8 months...i was 180 now im 200lbs...im trying to lose weight ... i have alike a lowere belly i was curious how i can go about that...i would appreciate any advice....its time to make a change..i also got engaged and want to look good for my wedding..haha thank you...mike
