First I started weight training in college this semester, I am trying to get the most out of it. Some one please tell me some good exercises to flatten my lower stomach. and also my butt and love handles, This is getting out of control. my upper legs and butt look like gravity took its toll. I m only going to 25 and dont weigh much but what is there looks crappy. I want to look the best I ever had for my 25th in September but could really use some advice in getting a better stomach and butt.

Hi there and welcome.
To shape the body takes a little time, hard work and patience.
You'll need to start serious weight training (don't be afraid of lifting heavy!) and watch your diet (more protein less sugar and bad fat!).
Take a read in the female forum. Lots of great posts about this. Good luck!
