Heres a question:
Is it better to break the cardio up during the training, so 10 minutes at the start and 10 minutes at the end, or am is it more effective to just do 20 minutes right at the end? (which is what I am doing now).
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

To improve cardiovascualr fitness, you need to get your heart rate up for 20 minutes, minimum, continously. Ten minutes before you lift is a good general warm-up, and ten minutyes after may be a good way to flush some lactic acid out of your system and cool-down, but will not increase your cardio fitness level. Either do 20-30 minutes after or do cardio on days you do not lift.
