How do I find out my resting and maximum heart rate so i can try to figure out my target heart rate? Thanx

220-age=maximum heart rate. Take that number and multiply by the percentage you're after.

You can get your resting heartr rate by takiong your pulse for a full minute before getting out of bed in the morning, or after lying still for twenty minutes.
Agamble has already given you the basic formula for THR, so I won't repeat that.
