Is their anyway possible that a muscle could pretty much grow overnight. I have been working out and cleaned up my diet and taking my protein shakes and zma at night and am inducing about 200 grams of protein per day. But I wonder because my arms look bigger. When I measured them last week they were around 12" and today when I measured it says 13" is this possible or just more then likely I just measured wrong the first time?

Up to 60% of repair/growth occurs at night. That is why it is so vitally important to get good sleep, and why ZMA is such an excellent supplement.

Maybe not literally overnight, but the same happened to me...seems I've gained about 1/4-1/2 inch on my arms in the past 2 weeks. The best time to measure yourself is after you workout. And as Ron says, ZMA (when taken correctly) is a pretty good supp.

Id say overnight is an overstatement. But I worked out my arms on in the beginning of the week and since saturday I havent put any junk food into my body (the most would have been a nutri-grain bar) and I have cut red meat out havent touched nothing but water to drink. To be honest this is the best I have felt in months! I know im only a few weeks into it but I feel like a new person. Im not sure if I am taking it right I take it about 2 hours after I had my last meal I go to bed and take it with a bottle of water and go to sleep usually 30-45 minutes afterwards. I think I would be taking it right. I feel like a bull now :)

You are doing exactly correct. 2 hours after your last meal and 1/2 hour before bed should be perfect timing for ZMA. Congratulations on your improvements...feels great, doesn't it!!!
