help I have major exams coming and they will last for like a month and i have to cut the gym from my daily routine
I've tried everything but i have no time !
I've been going to gym as I said to another post and I have adjusted my eating habits to meet the standars of a day at the gym
what should I do in order not to loose what I have built so far

go to a gym on weekends and you shouldn't lose anything, if you did lose anything it would b next to nothing.

You can also sign of for a home training routine.

For those of us who have experienced finals know what you are going through. These are the sacrifises you gotta make to do what ya gotta do. The gym will always be there. If you can make time, then go, if not, its for a good reason and isn't permament. Good luck w/finals!

thanz jdelts! I'll definitely start again as soon as my exams are over...no I am afraid I can't go not even on weekends ... but running for about 20 min in the morning will help the situation?
