Are you on atkins?
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

You will need some more complex carbs in there for energy. Like whole grain breads oats brown rice.
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Justin, fill out your profile with some goals so we can better help you. I wouldn't suggest that diet unless you were two weeks out from a bodybuilding competition. Everyone is right on, complex carbs are a must as well as a simple carb following workouts for better nutrient absorbtion. Daily vitamin is a must as well as moderate amounts of water. You seem to have your protein intake pretty down-pat. Good luck

mostly atkins, the induction phase says under 20 carbs, 0 is what you want, how could you possibly eat brown rice? and my energy is fine, it says your body will eat up your left over carbs before it turns to start to consume fat.
make sense?
