Great for a nice short but hard cardio work out. You'll work your arms, shoulders, abs, legs and glutes.
Do 5 mins of boxing, 2 mins of skipping, boxing again etc
Your arms, do straight kick (left, left, right for ex) and leg kick (lean your body to one side).
It's difficult to explain, but you got so many good exercises to do in boxing. The very best would be to have somebody to show you.
And don't forget to stretch.......
