What is a proper breakfast when ur trying to put on weight in muscles and not fat
I usually eat oatmeal with honey and 1% fat milk.
Is this ok or should I differentiate my diet.

This is actually a good breakfast. I would add a coup of boiled egges, minus the yolk.

Oatmeal is a great source of carbs (particularly for morning) and fiber, but you defintely need more protein. Several egg whites, as suggested by shavondebrown, is a great place to start. But you don't have to limit yourself to just "breakfast" foods: chicken breast, a lean steak, etc., will all work as well.

Try some Froot Loops every morning for some extra muscle.

I would stay away from sugared cereals. Refined sugar is not good for you. Try a whole grain cereal.
