Just curious since I have cut out eating sandwiches. Could I replace it w/ eating tortillas kind of like a quesadilla or pita stuffed w/ grilled chicken and such?

Yes, that will be much heathier. Use low fat cheese and sour cream. Salsa is best.

Have you seen Hardee's new Atkins burger? I haven't had one but it looks like a pattie and all the fixin's wrapped in lettuce. 5 grams catbs. Here's my thing-I couldn't eat a regular burger without getting it all over. How do you eat it without making a mess? Pita bread. Do they still make that stuff? I used to really like it. Is it good nutritionally?

They make tortillas that I buy that are great. They ae Tumaro's brand. Healthy flour tortillas. Lots of flavors, Pesto and garlic, Garden spinach and vegetables, Sun dried tomato and basil, and more. The ingredients are great, Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, etc. Look for white enriched flour and stay away from those.
