currently I'm working on a 3 day lifting schedule I've miex in machines and some free weights is that Good? and will i be able to increase my strenght with this program.
Sounds good to me. You should be able to increase your strength significantly over time. Remember to keep challenging yourself - if you find that you are easily completing the recommended reps for your sets, start bumping up the weight bit by bit. I try to ensure that my muscles burn (I really have to work) for the last three reps of each set. Hope this helps and welcome to FT :)
Alot of times the differences in equipment come down to efficiency and ease of use. As I_Am-azon said keep challenging yourself. Follow her advice regarding the last 3 reps. This will ensure the challenge. Apply the overload principle while maintaining good form and you will progress.
