I know many people talk about how they want to lose weight but never do but mine is even harder!!! By the end of 2004 I want to add 25 pounds of pure muscle onto my frame.

Im going at a good rate to turn my body into muscle now it is slowly coming along but I have been sidetracked in my diet and exercise by having surgery recently and many other things. But im getting back in the gym and getting 100% motivated.

In the process Im hoping to shed the excess fat in my mid-section to atleast rid of my love handles (hopefully doing so by march) while building muscle in the process and getting bigger and stronger!

Right now im at 150. I hope to be 175 by the beginning of 2005 of rock solid muscle! I know it sounds small im outweight alot but im only 5'6 and a male and I already have a pretty wide frame as it is.

Thank you for reading have a good year!

Lofty goals, keep the attitude right, be as resolute on your diet as you are in the gym, and we will be reading your post next year about reaching your goal!!

Will do. Im dropping the fatty foods and cutting my sandwich eating habits. Grabbing the veggies and staying off of red meat. sticking to lighter colored meats outside of the gym and inside I plan to stick with mutts workout routine while adding 2 days of cardio in to cut the fat (only about 15 minutes a day) Im not planning on overtraining myself or stressing myself out. Starting with low weights to keep good form. example: If I curl 20 pounds perfectly and then curl 50 with a bit of a swing. I will still build muscle and get bigger staying with the 20 pounds. I feel great right now and totally rebuilding myself from head to toe inside and out.....:)
