2 questions that i wanan ask, on leg day i do leg presses to fully fry my legs after all of my leg work( hack squats, barbell squats, leg extensions, hamstirng curls, and alternating step ups) now when i get on the leg press, i dunno if its cause of my build or what but i feel leg pressing is easy to me, i have winde thick legs and hips, and a big butt lol.....my quads measure almost 29 in and i have a botu a 38 in waist,,,,,,when i leg press i think i'm bring the wait all the way back and all the way up just short of lock out, i herd never go past 90 degrees) knee angle) but i hear u ned a full range of motion, but if i go any lower that that my butt pops up and my back arches and alot of times my back pops( doesn't hurt) to day i leg pressed 1000lbs for 8 reps , i just wanan make sure what i'm doing is the right way to get the best results. my legs are quite sore the next day in my quads and hams so i think i am... any advice?
also on bench pres day, i get bruses on my lats from the weight bench, any one else have this problem? or is the bench too wide?

That sounds like a lot of stuff to me. If I use the leg press, I don't do squats and vice versa. Except for some warm up squats with a swiss ball. I can move a lot of weight on the leg press also, I think it depends on what you are used to. I started with the leg press and just kept moving it up. I just recently started doing the BB squats. A lot of people think the leg press is hard, but I can't do much weight at all with a BB squat. With you doing so many different things it is hard to tell which ones are making you sore. And I think if your butt comes off the pad then it is probably too much weight or the worng angle. That didnt help you much did it? Sorry.

well everyone says to take the weight " deep" and if i go any deeper using the range of motion i can do, my butt pops off and my back rounds out...the regular way i do it my back is flight and everything is pressed against the back of the chair thing back hurts if it pops up the next day

I don't go deep on heavy leg movements...roughly 90 degrees. Only time I go full range of motion is moderate weight. Going deep on heavy movements, in my experience , is a recipe for injury...I'm talking HEAVY HEAVY, not moderately heavy. If it hurts, you just answered your own question. Good luck.
