Made a bet,now I have to lose inches NOW

I made a bet with a friend/ex-boyfriend that I could lose more inches in my waist than him. My problem is I can't. :-( Stupid me! I have more to lose but he has more time to workout and more muscle mass to help burn the fat. Anyone got any tips on how I can lose a lot of inches in a month, actually a little less now????

Let your mouth overload your as_ -er pocket eh. I hate it when that happens. Well you're stuck now. Clean up your diet and start a solid exercise program including weights and cardio. You can find plenty of suggestions and support for both here at ft. If you want to hedge your bets, fix him lots of good tasting high calorie, high fat, high carb foods. Get him hooked on sweets etc. You gotta do what you gotta do!

LOL oh so that's the plan; begin exercising and diet and make him delicious calorie rich food!! (just don't eat it yourself!) Now that's meeeaan!! (o;

Seriously, you need to determinate your personal goals. Don't loose weight for him but for you, and then give yourself a promise and think about that everytime you feel like cheating.....

I would talk to him and make it like a 3 or 4 month bet so you can BOTH do it safely! There's no sense killing yourself over losing it in one month only to gain it back again once you eat! Good luck!
