I have access to a weight machine, but it's not set-up yet. It only does simple excercises like bench press, curls, tricep pushdowns, and it has a leg extension.

well man i can't see ur machine so i can't help rig somthing to help you out, are u able to do in shoulder excercies on it??
if so work on
military/ up right rows
bench press/( incline bench press if possible)
triceps/ biceps
leg extension( explosivly)
( legs are a very important key component in cheerleading)
btu to get better at any sport its repition, stunt stunt and stunt the more u do the better u will become, and work on ur technique which is also important, hopfully u have a good coed stunt coach who knows waht the hell his talking about
