I just joined this site today, I hope it can help me. I've lost 30 pounds in the last 5 months working out and doing cardio. It seems now as if I'm stuck. I'm 6'4" and now weight 275, but feel like I need to be around 250-260. The weight refuses to come off now, and It's starting to become discouraging. Any experiences with breaking thru to the next level?

hmmmm yea i do know how that is, lotta times though if u working out, and dieting at the same time ur not losing lbs but ur lossing inchs, try measureing ur waist, biceps, and legs every month or so....u might not be losing " weight" but u might be just leaning up and geting rid of fat and getting more muscle....thats what happend to me , people see me form high school and say i look liek i lost 20 lbs,,,when i weight 30lbs more than i did in high school lol or a easier way is to get ur body fat done

DIET, DIET, DIET. Look at what you are eating. You need to take in less calories in order to start losing the pounds. No crash diet, but rather an adjustment. Start counting calories to see how much you consume in a day on average, then start to modify from there. This will take a couple of weeks to get used to but its a good way to go. Good luck. Oh, and Andrew had a good suggestion with the measuring thing.
