Goats milk was the start of the ole digestive deal...Ooop, just talkin about it; aauggh, gotta cramp.

I'm on a week off right now .. eating and growing lean. Down 6 lbs this morning and down 3 bf% as of last Sunday. I'm babying the shoulder but making good gains in the core abs and leg movements.

Krispy cremes and large pizzas to you all.

I am here, Charlie. Been keeping a low profile. By my measurements this morning, I am done only 2 lbs but down 2% bodyfat. Funny that you mention it, office brought in Krispy Kremes this morning so I should be back up the 2 lbs and 2% bf as of now. My goal for the rest of the yr is to stay where I am at.

Congrats atiger. Thats great. Now if we could only see the beginning stats and hear from some others. I saw in the other section that jdelts is deadlifting Toyotas but thats about it. The ancient one, BB1 fit turned 52 today so everyone wish him a happy Bday.

I really can't give an update till the 21st. I am very supersticiuos when it comes to stats. I started on the 21st of october (my present routine) so I measure every month. So on Sunday I'll post.
BTW..I am training tonite right after my protein supper!

Geez...if we had a competition to see who could PUT ON the most body fat%, I would clean house. I went from 8%-15% in one month, but there's alot of factors involved with that, basically I don't care because I'll lose it all again...someday.
