Can anyone tell a difference?


Im still working on my body trying to cut down. Im down to 150 Im only 5'7. Im wanting to trim down in my stomach area as you can see still have some fat their. When I started working out I weighed around 165.

Yes there is a difference, you have lost inches on your middle. Maybe you should try another 8 to twelve weeks and increasing the weight you are lifting on a regular basis. See the posts I have received in the male discussions & intermediate and advanced training under the title. Weekly Weight Increase. The replies helped me and you seem to be in the same place I am.

Yup...definately a difference, are you blind man?!lol Stick with it...12 weeks is good, but you won't get all the results you want in that short amount of time so stick with it, it takes time and patience, patience and time my friend.

Yes I just wanted to see if anyone could see the results I see within the 12 week period. I continue to keep on training and definatly getting that body I want. I am on my way I understand that it does take time and discipline. Thanks again.
