Went to S. Georgia to visit in-laws over T'giving. Came back to N. Georgia Saturday evening, and by bedtime I was working on a stuffy/runny nose. I don't know if it's a cold or allergies or what, but here it is Monday evening, I'm supposed to exercise tonight, but should I do it since I am sick? Should I take it easy and wait until my immune system is 100%, or should I just go ahead and exercise anyway, or does it depend on how I feel? I don't want to get off the schedule if I can keep from it, but neither do I want to wake up tomorrow morning with my cold worse. Another question: if I am scheduled to exercise on Monday, Weds, and Friday but for some reason can't on one or more of those days, can I exercise on, say, Tues, Thurs, and Sat, or any 3 days as long as I get my 3 days in spaced as equally as possible?

Don't worry about a head cold. Working out will actually stimulate your immune system and your body will fight it off even faster (in your case). Drink gallons of fluids, eat a ton, take your multi's, and get plenty of rest.

Like J said if it's in the head, don't worry about it.
If it gets into your chest, don't train, and take care of it.
