I just wanted to let everyone know that for the challenge I am going to go the FT way all the way. The only revisions will be some on the diet, you see for those of you who don't know me I am a diabetic. Let's see if really works!!!!!

NOPE, changes my mind, 1998 calories are way to much per day, and the workout yuck, gotta do it my way, sorry!!!!!

LOL Who says we women can't change out minds? hehe FT recommends 2744 calories a day for me??!!! Ouch! My bodyfat goal will certainly hindered by that I think!

Yeah, I am not sure how they calculate the calories, always seems kind of high. And the workouts are so short (which can be better, I know, but I enjoy grueling workouts, may be my downfall).

Glad to be back, setting up my calorie intake and diet tonight, not to mention the workout. Starting out right and making the first day my chest day. Thanks ladies for your support on the change my mind thing. Dec 1, here we go!!!!!!
