help me with my bicepts plz!!!!

i do 8 sets of 12 with 15 pounds how long will i t take for me 2 see a defined line in my arm where my biceps is or tog et a little bump on top of my bicep? thanx 4 the reply

A long time if ever....Building your Biceps takes time and a lot of work as well as eating right. 8 sets if 12 is not really the right way to add mass to your arms. you need at least 3different exrcises and need to continually try to add weight. But this does not mean that you go to heavy to fast and lose the form. Is 15 lbs all you have for weight or is that what you can lift? Also what are you eating? And are you training at home what acess to equipment do you have?

is can curl 20 lbs 6-8 times and 30 once. i eat a about 30 grams of protien... but i feel comfertable with 15 lbs thanx man plz post backs oon ill check back soon thanx

Ok right away is the fact tht you need more protein. 30 grams a day is not enough to ever build good arms. Go to the exercise tab here on Biceps and pick three exercises. My choice would be barbell curls dumbbell curls and concentration curls or hammer curls...if you have the equipment to do those then do them..eat about 1gram of protein per pound of body weight. So if you weight 130 lbs then try to get 130 grams a day

well ur 13 and im 17 and i do sets of 30 pounds, like mutt said u need to do more excercises and you SHOULD NEVER FEEL COMFERTABLE when u get comfertable your body gets used to it and you wont grow bro.
