What is the difference between whey and soy? Does it really Matter? and do you really need the protein drinks?

One thing about soy that is not mentioned in that article is that prolonged regular use can decrease your natural testosterone production, so I would say if you use it, cycle it.

It's like comparing cheese to tofu, two different nutrition.
Yes, the protein shakes take a big room in the life of a BB (so much easier than to eat 8 egg whites!)
