Well im 21 years old, used to work out before alot when i was younger, aerobics classes, but now i barely do anything productive, just walking. Im 5'6" 130 lbs, I dont eat that healthy usually i just eat whatever is conveinient for me! I really want to lose the fat in the middle area of body, example, abs, love handles, what would be a good way to eat as well as exercise? someone help me please?

with proper nutrition and training all of that can happen, eating things like lean chicken, turkey, fish..good carbs like yams, brown rice oatmeal and fibrous cabrs like lettuce, broccili...good fats like natural peanut butter, flax oil...

diet is about 80% where training is 20...supplement right, whey protein, multivitamin amino acids...theres a lot to it..

tell us a little bit more about yourself..there a lot of ppl here that can help..
