Im just curious to know whats happening after each workout. When working out are you creating more rips in your muscle fibers? or is it that you are just creating more scar tissue and thus resulting in bigger muscles?? how does it work?? do you actually create more muscle tissue?

Yes as you lift your muscles rip very very tiny rips in the tissue you actually grow as you rest and the results is a larger muscle

Yes mutt is right muscles are composed of numerous fibers when you workout you create tiny tears in these said fibers resulting in thise fibers healing ie muscle growth giving of course you nourish them properly and often good luck
