Wow! I just finished a work out... it was a little different and I feel like a bit of a wimp... I couldn't do the weight I normally do... nor the reps. Now here are a couple of reasons why I think that...
1) I was up very early this morning and wound up doing my work out five hours earlier than I normally do... is this a possible factor, the time of day? I've heard it can be...
2) Some of the exerices I did on one of those balls... (stability ball?) Triceps and side laterals...
3) I was tired... again, I was up pretty early this morning, so my system is slightly out of wack...
Now about the stability ball... I couldn't really feel myself trying to balance while I was sitting on it. Is that normal?
Time for a nap I think... but now I'm wound up... haha...
