I am not a bodybuilder. I am an old fashioned honest to God strength athlete. I lift rocks, barrels, logs, and heavy sand bags as part of my workout. Yes I lift dumbells and barbells to but I find the dinosaur workouts to be the most fun.
I am curious if anyone else in this online community has ever tried this. What were your results?
I picked up my wife once. It hurt. Oh, I also had a job where I had to machine and pick up brake drums for semi trucks. Production was 200 parts per 8 hour shift. That hurt too. Did it for 6 years. Cost me 3 back surgeries. Ouch
