Ok after talking to my faimly last night we came to a agreement that we would all meet and our Dad's house in june for his 60th bday. That is 7 months away. I would Give almost anything for me to reach 14% BF and a weight of 250 by then. I know how to workout, but I am haveing a hard time as to what to eat. I know the foods to pick but unsure of the amounts for me. My requirements are that I lose the body fat while maintaining the muscle I have. I will not lose an inch from my arms it took a long time to get them a solid 18.5 inches cold. So BB1, help! I have acess to chicken, steak lean hamburger, veges(fresh, within season, frozen and canned), brown rice and yams. I drink a lot of water and I am willing to forgo weightlifting for cardio in order to meet this goal. I want to be massive looking I think if I can add 1.5 inches or close to it, to my arms(will settle with a .5 to .75 increas)and lose the BF I would be so happy.....so anyone help out Ole Mutt?

Take a look at the eating plan saxman started with a few months ago, June or July I think. I know it is posted in the Specific Diets forum and it is titled "Will Trade Taste/Variety....". Do you remember it? You could use it as a guideline to set up your own. That is what I did for my husband. Good luck mutt, I know you can do it if you set your mind to it.

Yes, it is a good one. It was designed especially for him by a bodybuilder "friend" though if you remember right. He swore to me he would follow it. I had stopped designing diets for folks because it is so discouraging to do it, there is alot of work involved in it and time to do it correctly, plus constant tweaking to keep things going, and then not have the person follow through. He convinced me he would, but.....remember, I designed that diet for his bodywieght. The outline can be used for anyone, you need to plug in the calorie amounts/macronutrient amounts for you though.
