I wrote like last week but didn't really get a response except i needed a profile
Here I am:
-5 foot 11 inches
-160 lbs
-used to work out 6 days out of the week cardio and weights
-no motivation, no reason why i don't have it
-eat healthy just too big of portions
-just had ankle reconstruction 2 weeks ago
here is the jist:
I can't handle my body, i loved when i was all tone. I am not anymore, the biggest thing is my hips and thighs, they aren't massive but they are bigger then they were. I want them to be nice and toned. (quickly as possible would be great to get my sprits higher that i look good) LOL But I don't know what to do, and what will help me get the nicely toned thighs and hips back
PLEASE HELP PRONTO
Thanks in advance

Hi lady, good to have somebody else with the same height as me!! (o;
What to do to get a toned body back? Well I guess you know it very well yourself, you just need somebody to push you a little!
Well here I am, about the same body type etc as you so what about if we start training together?!! Hmmm?
It's your body and YOU decide...... Good luck!

I don't think there is much you can do for legs with a cast on, and once it is off, you will have to go slow and light. How long since you quit working out?

if ur still in a cast not much u can do , but u can train ur upper body lightly though. I wqouldn'd do to much right now weigh wise or anything do to the fact ur body need to heal everything, ur body can get over exhausted trying to repair bone and muscle at the same time. not to mention u could do some serious damage to ur ancle again if u try to work out to soon. and if u want motivation.... look in the mirror if u don't liek what u see.........then go do somthing about it...theres no magical pill out there that will do it for u

Yes you can still work your upper body and what about some light swimming as well? (you can protect your leg in some plastic)
