what do you mean by pump? If your refering to the "pump" you feel during and or after a workout its not a long term "pump" The more muscle fibers you recruit the bigger pump you will have Good luck
A "pump" is simply blood trapped in the muscle by inducing it to flow there. The pump occurs when more blood is flowing in there than can flow out. This is a short term thing. It dissapates fairly rapidly. Arginine is precursor of Nitric Oxide, and can induce a longer pump. The doseage with Arginine is pretty high to achieve this though. I have found that V12 by San is pretty good at giving you and extended pump after you leave the gym.
