What is your training regimen like? What are your goals?

Sounds like you may be stuck in a rut. The body adapts to training very quickly, and if you don't vary your regimen on a regular basis, you stall out. Let us know what you're doing, and I'm sure we can help.

I'm kind of stuck here too. I understand munish. I was able to finally get up to 55lb dumbells for hammer curls way back in March. Here we are, 8 months later almost, and I can't surpass 55lbs. The veins sticking out of my arms are like mole-tunnels in desert sand, but my strength is not progressing. DANGIT!!
