I used to be in fantastic shape, but the last 4 months i just haven't had the motivation, to stop eating and to work out. I am very unhappy with my flab. I want to be lean and toned again, but here is the dilemma, I am having ankle reconstruction tomorrow, but i dont' wanna sit aroudn while that goes on. I want to lose weight and inches while i am on crutches and then later the boot. PLEASE HELP ME..........I AM DESPERATE

Well you need to set a goal (and a date) and then work your way towards it. Stay focused and always think about your promises (goal!) when you start to loose motivation.
