I have been forced to take about 3 or 4 months off from training due to a my study/work schedule. I have a basketball tourney comming up in a month and a half. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to accelerate my training. Should I do cardio everyday? Should I stick with working each muscle group only once a week?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Currently it is, but I typically just lift for general strength.
