Is it unhealthy to work out late at night? I get off of work at midnight, and it is easier for me to go to the gym after work.

No, there is no problem with it. Your post workout nutrition may suffer a bit, especially if you go to bed soon afterwards. I would have my post workout shake, then if you only eat one meal before bed, make it protein, fiber, and some healthy fats.

My question is similiar to the one above so I post it here.
Is it advisible to go to gym just before work? e.g. 7:30 AM
I heard from a friend that body's not ready for workouts early in the morning. Is it true?
Regards.

Dont get to wraped up in the time to do it.
Your 1st priority is sticking with a programe that you can make work for your needs. period

I prefer going in the morning before 8pm or after 8pm. i work out 24fitness, and the place is nuts from 4-8pm. i just hate rush hour and crowds because it adds 10-15 minutes on your workout since your waiting for a weight or a bench. But I always say getting to the gym is half the battle.

Intruder makes a good point. The first idea is to do it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with going to the gym early morning. Many people love this. I do myself. I go to work afterwards. Make sure you get some nourishment(fuel) in you beforehand. Do not train on an empty stomach. The one "advantage" if there is one to working out in the morning is that you have all day to feed/recouperate from your workout.
