I'm doing a BB show in April 2004....second time....first time wasn't so good. I looked pretty good for my first show. I was cut but when I stepped on stage, these other guys were ripped to shredds (natural show). I have NEVER been ripped before but I know I have the potential. I trained 12 weeks out on my first show from scratch at 230lbs. down to 187lbs., but I still wasn't cut enough. Someone, anyone please give me some info to keep decent muscle mass while shredding down to 3-5% body fat by april 2004. Thank you for your input!!

Talk to bbfit1, he is the man for this stuff.
I have been told that the second time your body sheds easier, if that is any consolation.
Dieting for a show is trial and error, for the most part, figuring out what works for your body and how to fine tune it each time.

For some reason I knew you would be the first one to answer...I couldn't agree with you more about the trial and error theory. I learned alot from this past show but, it is time to put that knowledge to work. I'll go and bug bbfit1. Thanks for your reply and good luck with your show.
