The above subjects represents how I've been feeling lately.. I've been going to the gym religiously following my program.. Weights and cardio ( however less cardio then before).. I eat extremely healthy during the week but tend to slack a little on the weekends.. I feel bloated and fat.. My friend who gave birth 8 months ago looks fantastic and she swears it's from training.. Why doesn't the same thing happen to me? It feels as though I've been training forever (at LEAST 7 years) and nothing works!! Ok, so I feel good healthwise but I'm just not satisfied with the results.. I'm annoyed!!! Can anybody help? Diet ideas?
