Pain in forarms. Please Help!

I have had increasing pain in my forarms when gripping a dumbell or barbell. The pain is concentrated in the underside of my arm where all my veins meet (near the underside of my elbow) Can anyone help? It is so painful there when I do curls. Thanks

Have you been raising the amount of weight you lift rapidly? Sound slike tendonitis.
You can look up all the various posts about tendonitis and or tennis elbow in the injuries section.

I would maybe look into getting it checked quickly by a Doctor, they could tell you what it is, and how to correct it so that you can get back to training if at all possible.
