My friend suggested this to me....he told me to put my feet up on the wall at an angle and do push ups. I haven't tried this one yet, but I was wondering what areas would this work?

You must be referring to decline pushups. I am not sure how you would do them the way you describe, another way would be to put your feet on a bench, and do them, or a swiss ball would also work. Can be an effective exercise, , not alot of mass gain though, and a great follow up to benches for a great pump.

MY friend got a great arm from doing push ups. YOu can also try putting a heavy backpack on. Then it will be harder.:)
