i just started the gym. COOLNESS:) ok, so I just run around doing everything , thinking it'll help me loose weight. For example, ill run on the tradmill for like 10 mins and then leave, and then do some chest machines , and then go back on the treadmill. THen i wuld go play alot of basketball, then back to some machines, and then go run on the treadmill for like 10 minutes again. Is that good? or shuld i get a routine?
