I have worked out some in the past..but I am wanting someone to tell me what I need to start doing all the time in order to loose some excess fat around my belly..That is the only place I have it and it is not to bad..I am starting crunched and I need to know how often to do them and how quick can I see results? I really want to have muscle definition by the first of December..that is around 8 weeks..Is this possible? I have 4 kids and have a pretty good shape so far..I just want to tone up my abs..Do I do them everyday? Thanks. Tracy.

Hi Tracy, sign up for one of FT's great exercise programs and you'll get everything you're looking for.
With some discipline and determination you can do wonders in 8 weeks. Good luck!

There are dozens of posts here about getting rid of belly fat and ab exercising. Do a search or just look through them. Info is the same for everyone.
