Ok so now I am losing weight and it is fantastic. But I am also losing my rear. Is there a way to define the backside with specific excercises even if flat rears run in the family. Thanks for any insight.
Do sumo squats!!
Keep your legs a little wider than normal squats and then go aaaall the way down (your butt sticking out!).
